A little piece of Sweden in the U.S

So here I am, a Swede in the amazing city of San Francisco. San Francisco is known for its great diversity, and the fact that we found an IKEA warehouse around here proves it. IKEA is pretty much the trademark for Sweden. For the first time since we came here, while browsing with our shopping carts, we were not the amateurs. As a true Swede, you know how to get smoothly trough the IKEA-jungle..

I’ve never been to this country before, so everything else here is new to me. Considering that, it feels nice to see something familiar from your home country. But these months is all about discovering; new places, new people, new food, and new lifestyles. Move out of your comfort zone and grow. So for me, it would be wise not to visit IKEA again for a while.
