Last weekend, me and my friends went to the Folsom Street Fair. For the people that don’t know what it is: it’s an BDSM and leather festival. In Holland we have something that is called the ‘KamaSutrA beurs’, which is an erotic fair, so I thought I was pretty prepared. I wasn’t.

I have never seen so many naked people in my life. I also didn’t expect to see a 70-year old guy masturbating on the pavement, but I did. Other than that, I thought the atmosphere of the festival was pretty great. It was just a bunch of people having a great time together and drinking beer with a group of friends. They were all very friendly and to be honest: if they want to enjoy their time wearing leather and having sex involving bondage and dominance, who am I to judge? They’re not hurting anybody with that. Oh wait, they are – but you get the point.

I would have loved to post a bunch of pictures to give you guys a better view, but I’m pretty sure a lot of people that aren’t students won’t be happy with that, so here’s a picture of a guy wearing high heels in his underwear instead.
