Hottest Months of the Year

I applied to study in SF during the Fall so I expected some cold days where I’d be struggling to get through the days, and I am definitely NOT a love of winter or the cold but since I’ve been here, I’ve gotten used to the foggy days in August. But now that August is over, the local Americas here tell me that September, October and November are the best and hottest months of the year in SF. If I had known I would’ve packed more summer outfits rather than winter clothes! That’s okay, an excuse to go shopping and blow some money am I right?! Clothes here are so much cheaper than back home in AUS, you can get good quality items starting from $30 but back home it would be around $50 for a basic top. It also depends on what brand you buy from.. but the Australian dollar is low at the moment (70c=$1USD).

So speaking of the weather, I can NOT wait for the hot days to come, every day it’s a blue sky that appear in the afternoon, not so much in the morning. I try to take advantage of the blue skies but I’ve either had a late night the night before and have a nap during the day or there’s school work that I need to catch up on and stay home or my roommate are busy doing other things so we don’t hang out… These shouldn’t be excuses though, I really should be out exploring and being the biggest tourist ever since its my first time in the states. So far it’s been such a fun experience, I go out or try to do something every weekend just so I don’t regret that a week passes by and I didn’t enjoy each week as it comes.
