One hell of a road trip – One of the Wonders of the World

Hey guys!

I’ve been posting about the amazing road trip I did during the spring break, for a few weeks now. Let’s carry on a little more!

We’re leaving fabulous Las Vegas to join the Grand Canyon! As usual, the landscapes during the car trip are wonderful. After a few hours, we arrive at the Grand Canyon National Park, surrounded by other tourists’ cars.

The Grand Canyon is truly a beautiful place. It offers us a view that should only be admired by eyes: it’s surprising how the feeling you get looking at it is different in reality compared with photographs. The Canyon is huge, displays lots of different colors: red, ocher, green… it’s even better with a blue sky. The light is also a big influence on the scenery; I would say it was at its best during the sunset, the orange colors bringing depth to the mountains. It’s a great place to do short hikes along the cliff. Just don’t fall (and careful with your phone, don’t drop it like one tourist near me that day…)!

Two more steps to come: Death Valley & the Sequoia Park!

‘Talk to you next time folks!
