San Francisco, the Bay area and California in general has an amazing and vibrant local music scene and attracts many talented musicians and artists from afar.

In addition to experiencing talented local SF bands at different street fares and clubs and jamming in pubs and in the streets, I have also had the pleasure to experience the electric and magnificent Florence + The Machine at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley and the groovy and soulful Rising Appalachia at Rio in Santa Cruz. Music is powerful and brings people together. Music helps fill the days with wonder, feeling, fire and inspiration, and can help people both get in touch with and escape their lives. I hope to have many more musical experiences in my time here in San Francisco.
