Thanksgiving break road trip day 5

DAY 5

During Thanksgiving break, me and my roommate went on a huge road trip.

We woke up early again and went to Lake Powell. Lake Powell is a beautiful reservoir on the Colorado River, straddling the border between Utah and Arizona. We did not want to go on a boat trip, so we decided to rent two kayaks instead. 100% worth it and we had a lot of fun. After bringing back the kayaks, we went to Antelope Canyon. We hopped on a jeep again and drove to the slot canyon. A tour guide provided us with all the information we needed. There was enough time to take a bunch of beautiful, colorful pictures. After visiting Antelope canyon, we went to Horseshoe Bend, a horseshoe-shaped meander of the Colorado River. We had dinner in Kanab, also known as ”Little Hollywood”, and then we drove to our hotel in Bryce Canyon.
