12 Apr The One about Disneyland trip

My American teacher and friend in one person took me to Disneyland trip with the kids from her high school – 14 to 18 year-olds. 80 kids on two buses, almost nightmare I thought. I expected the buses to look like classic coaches (Megabus or Greyhound). Finally, the two YELLOW school buses from Lake Havasu came to pick us up. HA, why not. No seatbelts, student lying on the floor, eating snacks, snapchating, watching movies – nice teenage life in the US :) I was one of the chaperones – the grown-up who takes care of students. The purpose of the trip to Disneyland was the 3-hour leadership meeting with one of the leadership employees from Disneyland. I was glad to join such a special event.

Disneyland itself was fun because there is 60 years anniversary and there was a special fireworks and Disney character parade. The best rides were Cars from California Adventure park (the attached park to Disneyland) and the space mountain in Disneyland.

Be prepared to pay quite a lot of money but it is fun and it is worth going there once in your life :)
