02 May The One about Our Apartment

So we renamed our apartment for The Squat. Why? It’s because we are soooo welcoming. We love people, we love our families and friends and we let everyone to come in here to cheer us up. The best visitor was on of my roommate’s boyfriend who brought us Czech candies and Czech cheese. It was just delicious and everyone was so happy to get a bit of the Czech Republic.

We are also very welcoming to our other co-students from our home university. There were several of them (from the US and from Canada) who wanted to visit San Francisco and just texted us if we could accommodate them for couple of days. Yes, of course. So we accidentally had 2 groups of the guests, one from Michigan University and one from Vancouver.

We are also very welcoming when it comes to Thursday’s pre-drinks at our place. It started in a very small number but last week we welcomed more people than we could. It was fun but we don’t think our neighbors liked us at that time. The other days of the week we are super quiet because we have to study as well!

We are very happy to meet some new people. And as the semester comes to the end we are expecting several parents visiting us at the end of May. we will have a lot of fun before we finally leave to our country. God bless our guests! :-)
