01 May The One about visiting real American Family in Sonoma

I was just so lucky that I met one of my American classmates in the class. Our friendship started with the glass of the beer in Cesar Chavez after class and then one weekend it happened that I went with her to see her family. Luckily, her hometown is Sonoma, wineries everywhere so it means a lot of fun.

We started in Gloria Ferrer for one tasty flight of sparkling wines. It was just a beautiful weekend to spend it looking at the wineyards and enjoying the girlie time. Secondly, her parent are the members or the KUNDE wineries so we went to visit this one, too. Wine and cheese tasting, finishing it up with the cube of salted chocolate, it was just perfect.

This weekend was one of the best weekends here in California, I just loved it. What I am sad about is that we started to hang out with each other so late – I am leaving in no more than 2 months. But we decided to go for oyster dinner soon! Yaaay :)
