21-year-old Jessica Harrison’s room is filled with things she has found at estate sales in San Francisco.

“It’s really interesting to walk through someone’s house after they’ve died and see all of their possessions and be able to purchase them. Because I really like old things,” the San Franciscan says.

Jessica has been going to estate sales since she was fifteen. She finds vintage clothes, furniture, love letters and old family photos.

“They’re hard to not buy, because they’re so special. You just hate to think of them being thrown away,” she says.
