I am dedicating this post to my local coffee shop, Java on Ocean coffee house (1700 Ocean Ave). Boy do they know how to foam milk. I’m telling you, the best cappuccino in town will be found here. If you prefer your coffee black, no fear they have that too, yes it’s a coffee shop. The best thing about Java though is the wonderful human beings that work there, they are always smiling and chatty, and we all know how hard working with the general public can be. So let’s raise our perfectly foamed cappuccino to Java! Bottoms up everyone!
