Hi!

We had an escape from the hustle & bustle of the city for a weekend and went to Lake Tahoe! Even though it was getting colder, it was still bearable and we had amazing time with my friends.

Lake Tahoe was amazingly peaceful place, we were really happy to spend some time in the nature, with the sound of birds & trees and a view of an endless lake. We had a chance to see the sunset, and I’ve never seen such a beautiful sunset before. You could have seen blue, purple, pink, yellow, orange, green; all at the same time!

We also went on hiking to the Emerald Bay State Park. I believe it was named after the emerald color of the lake, there was an amazing view as well. I wish we could have swum in the lake, but unfortunately it was too cold.

To be honest, I’d definitely recommend you to go there because it is really heaven on earth. If you love the nature and would like to spend some peaceful time, your destination should be Lake Tahoe. It was a good break for all of us, we really had fun together with my friends and enjoyed the nature.

My friend told us that one of her friend’s uncle was married in Lake Tahoe, and it didn’t make sense to us in the beginning. However, when we were about leave, I thought about it and I said I could understand why they got married there, because it was really a heavenly place.
