During Thanksgiving break I went to Los Angeles with some of my friends. We stayed there only one night an one day and I have to say that it was enough as I was quite disapointed by the city. The name itself of Los Angeles makes us (at least for foreigners) think of a great and beautiful city. I thought Venice beach was pretty and the view from the Griffith observatory was really nice but I also thought that the Streets really lacked some charm. Maybe it is because it is too big, or maybe because my expectations were too high… I honestly don’t know. Actually some of my friends who had been there told me there was nothing great about the city, but I just did not believe them. However it was fun to see all the stars on the Walk of Fame, but I was quite disgusted to see the name of Donald Trump on one of them: WT*?

Oh and more more thing: The Holywood sign is actually way small than what I imagined.
