27 Nov NYC day 1

Hey SFSU’ers,

New week, new adventure. And this time in true Gossip Girl style, because we went to New York City over Thanksgiving break. We did so many things, and I don’t want to bore you, so I’ve decided to split it up in 3 days and 3 blogposts. My friend and I spent our Sunday night in an airplane and when we arrived in the city that never sleeps, we barely had slept ourselves… Nevertheless, after a quick nap we went into the city for our first tourist stop: Times Square. We’ve both been to New York before, so it wasn’t the first time we’ve seen these impressive billboards. Our next destination was Washington Square park, where we went to with the subway as in true Humphrey style. After having shot numerous photos ready for the gram, we had some nice smoothie bowls at a vegan place called byChloe. We finished the day going up the Empire State Building, with a breathtaking view of the city. Filled with a true New York Pizza, we went to bed super early that night, as we could really use the energy for the next day!
