09 Nov Promote, inform, tell…

Today I met up with Peter Ho, my fabulous domestic co-chair of the PR committee. We sad together talking about the upcoming IEEC events while creating hand-outs and posters for the international education week and creating a list of things that we need to have chalked around campus. In total we printed out 6 handouts – for IEW; one general and 3 for days with IEEC relevant activities, for the paintball trip and for promoting this wonderful webpage. There is a ton of things that we need to have promoted and could use all the help we can get :-)

It is always nice to do PR work when you have someone to help you and I truly appreciate all of those giving us a hand. Peter and me have spent a great deal of time together so not only am I promoting IEEC – I am also having a great time with a fellow student.

In the IEEC office we have posted things that we would like to have chalked around campus – it is small messages – easy to write and highly effective. So if you, officers, members or other friendly people, would like to help promote IEEC and the events…. = WELCOME TO PR:-)

Grab some chalk in the office and look at the texts listed – go have fun, write messages or in other words: promote, inform and TELL.

And while you are there – bring some flyers from the study abroad table and spread them out to people passing you by. WOW would that be PR ACTION or what.
