Roadtrip

I know that as the end of the semester nears many of you will be thinking about traveling the country before returning home. For my Spring Break I embarked on the most epic roadtrip I have been on. I hope that my experience may be useful for any of you still thinking about travelling. My journey began in New Orleans, then to Austin, Las Cruces, Phoenix, The Grand Canyon, Salvation Mountain, Los Angeles and finally back to San Francisco. I will go into details about each of these destinations but for now I have a few organisational recommendations for anyone planning on taking a roadtrip. The first, and possibly most useful tip is an app called Tricount. It is a really useful app to help calculate group expenses as you go. The second tip is although motels and hostels sound cheaper, often Air B and B can have some very financially friendly options right in the heart of a city, worth checking out. For more details about each destination, stay tuned…
