Thanksgiving break road trip day 3

DAY 3

During Thanksgiving break, me and my roommate went on a huge road trip.

That morning, we left Gallup and drove to Mesa Verde National Park. Mesa Verde is a place where you can explore ancient dwellings. We learned a lot about the pre-historic figures of the American Southwest. After paying a visit to Mesa Verde, we drove to Arches National Park in Utah. It was really one of the most beautiful sceneries I had ever seen. We went on a hike to see the Delicate Arch – a symbol of Utah. The hike was pretty tough, since we had to go up the hill for about 30 minutes, but the view was absolutely worth it. After the hike we went to our hotel in Moab.
