19 Apr The amazing Monterey aquarium!

Last week, my parents were visiting me from France. We did an amazing trip in California ending with a day in Monterey. We didn’t plan to visit the aquarium: too much tourists! But eventually, the weather was so bad that we decided to go anyway. It is quite expensive (average ticket is $50) but believe me… it is totally worth it!!! This place is really amazing. By the way, it is one of the most famous and beautiful aquarium of the world.

I mean, we have some big and very beautiful aquariums in France but in this one, you can see about 30 000 different species of fishes, jelly fishes, sharks, birds, plants or seals! The whole visit lasts about three hours but you don’t want it to end. Room after room, the staging is better.

You’ve understand that I really recommend this place! Monterey is not far from San Francisco for a weekend… if you happen to be there someday just go to the aquarium!
