I have just started watching The Leftovers, it is very good. It is a HBO series that premiered in 2014. There are two seasons. It has a really cool plot. It takes places three years after a global event called the ”Sudden Departure”, which was an inexplicable simultaneous disappearance of 140 million people, 2 percent of the world’s population. The story focuses mainly on the Garvey family and Kevin Garvey, the Chief of Police. His wife has joined this weird cult called Guilty Remnant. They don’t say a word and chain smokes, to remind people on whats happened. It is extremely well done and it has a nice vibe. And an awesome soundtrack. Check it out NOW!
